Every feature is free to try for 7 days before you buy, so you can check that the app works with your sim, headset and PC. If a license still isn't right for you, this policy explains how to get your money back.
1. 14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don't need to explain why.
2. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, and include your order number from the Lemon Squeezy receipt. We will confirm by email once the refund is issued.
3. How it is paid
Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method, including any sales tax or VAT you paid. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
4. Your license after a refund
When a purchase is refunded, its license key is disabled and the app returns to the free version. Your settings and car presets stay on your PC.
5. After 14 days
We don't normally give refunds after 14 days, except where the law requires it. If something isn't working, contact us anyway: most problems can be fixed.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. A refund through us is quicker for you. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the license key is disabled.
7. Your statutory rights
The app is digital content delivered immediately. Where the law gives consumers a right to withdraw from a purchase, that right may end once the download starts. Our 14-day refund applies regardless. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
